The shower head was mounted inside the surround so you had to crouch down to wash your hair. Plus there was mold along the floor behind the toilet and the sink wouldn’t drain right.
Front desk help is rude. When I asked about getting a shuttle ride to Shelplers, she just pointed at the brochures and said information was in there rather that just give me the phone number or call for me.
The ice machine was turned off the first day, so we couldn't get ice. Mysteriously it was back on the second day when it wasn't as busy.
Breakfast was gross. The only thing I ate was a waffle which I had to wait in line for because the breakfast area (up two flights of stairs and above pool area) is being used by two hotels. We didn't bother with it the second day.

Loved the cabin. But toilet did not flush well knowbody would answer desk and it looked like it needed a good cleanin. Carpet had stains,cigarette burn on sheets. A cheeto on the floor under table. Marks on the tile in bathroom,gouges out of door frame,and hair in corners of bathroom. Breakfast is across the street at the hamilton. It is ok. The fun feature is the access to indoor water slides,in back parking lot at another hotel. Kids loved
MAJOR DISSAPPOINTMENT!! When I arrived to check in they said I "never confirmed" my reservation. I received a summary of my online reservation in my email detailing the stay and charges, however, if you read the fine print it says that you need to call the hotel within 72 hours if you haven't heard from them. Well I missed that part, and I never received a follow-up up email. They did have all of my information at the front desk, just didn't save my chalet reservation. There were no chalet's left so we ended up having to pay for two rooms at an additional 100.00 cost. They would not match the cost of the chalet. Shortly after that, another guest had the SAME problem.
There was food from the previous guests left in our fridge. They didn't leave new coffee packets for the second day.
Comfortable beds. Only light cleaning was done between last guests and our stay. Coffe pot not cleaned. We had 2 wash clothes and one large towel (what last guests didn't use?). Front desk staff seemed angry at us for bothering her.
We get to our rooms and there are no bath towels. So we call down and they said they would bring some. They never did. We had to go get them. Then all they had were pool towels that felt like Brillo pads. (Didn't leave towels for the second nights stay either)
There was trash on the ground when we first arrived and it was still there when we left. Except after two days the animals had it spread about.
I was able to book this room a few days before my trip which was surprising. The front desk staff was very helpful, and my room was incredibly clean and comfortable. This hotel was also significantly cheaper than the others in the area. The continental breakfast was also a plus.
Cute little cabins. Perfect to stay close to everything for a good price. Loved having two rooms in our cabin with two tvs.
