Very clean with a great front desk staff, especially Alli. I had an A/C problem that they fixed while I was out for the day. When I returned and after a couple hours the problem came back but the staff call an emergency repair service very late at night. They came out and looked, left & came back with a brand new unit still in the crate.
Great place to stay with a great view of Lake Huron and a clean sand beach with fire rings.
Even though it was about midnight before I got to sleep, I had a cool room for the next 2 nights I was there.
This is a nice hotel. The staff were all very kind, the room was clean and comfortable, the beach was nice, the view was awesome, and breakfast was filling. Our only complaint was the pool and hot tub. The chemicals were so strong they left us with a burning sensation in our eyes and throat. If they backed off on the chemicals they would have received 5 stars. Don't let this deter you from staying...there's always the beach!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a comfortable and clean place to stay.
Great views, breakfast, and a huge pool for the kids that is open till midnight. Love the location too! Right next to (walking distance) the Starline ferry service. This place is convenient for both shopping in mackinaw City and heading to the island. Definitely will stay again!
We stayed here as stop over for one night and it was pleasant stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast had many choices. No complaints. Its perfect place for short stay.
Had a very nice experience here. The staff was great at assisting us with answers we needed. The beach was clean and had a very nice view. The rooms were clean. I can't wait til next year when we come back again.
