I honestly never review restaurants but this particular place went too far with no redeeming qualities. A different waitress had to step in because the assigned one was already too busy. We waited at least half an hour at our table without ordering. Once we got the food, an hour later, the food was absolutely terrible. We asked for the bill and then also to speak to the manager, which we had to go find on our own. The manager was completely unhelpful and pleaded ignorance. He said he would take one item off our bill but that never even ended up happening. We were so sick of this place that we didn't even want to further dispute... We ended up just paying the whole bill. Wow... I would highly recommend that this place get all new management.
The service was fair at best. Prices were high for the quality of the food. Do not order the meatloaf! The menu says it's just like grandma used to make, but it's not even close. Yuck! Very little flavor, and the gravy was canned and not good at all. The bathrooms were not clean at all. We do not plan to return to this place. There are a number of better options nearby.
Great Perch! Ribs were awful and they took them back and replaced them with their perch platter. Good move on their part and excellent food. Ashley was our server she was over the top on a very busy Saturday evening. We'd go back for the food and service. Thank You management for doing the right thing.
As a popular tourist spot, the service was great. After a little bit of waiting (as expected during this time of the year), we were seated quicker than expected and the waitress was there within a few minutes to take our orders. I never felt like she forgot us or was held up with her other tables. The staff was friendly and with the tourist season in place, I expected a longer wait time, but everything, including our food came in a timely manner. The only complaint I can possibly think of is that I expected better burgers. They still tasted alright and the remainder of the food was decent and filling, but the service made up for it.
I had fish n' chips. Not bad. My wife had the rib eye. She gave it a thumbs up. Good food, but a little pricey. Good service. Will I be back? Yes!
