Ordered a pizza at 9:53. (Closing time 11:00 on their website). Picked our hotel to be delivered. When i looked at my receipt it went to the wrong hotel. They did try to call me but my phone was on silent. I called 15 full minutes before closing and they said sorry they were closed and i couldn't even come pick it up. Good thing because most reviews said it was crappy overpriced pizza to begin with. Our gain. Won't ever make rhis mistake again.
Ordered an extra large meat lovers to be delivered to our hotel. Got to the room within 20 minutes, but the pizza was a cheese. Called the number on the website and told them so they said they would send a new one. Then got a call a few minutes later saying it was our fault, even though we ordered online and have the emailed receipt to prove it. The staff on the phone was terrible and rude. I do not recommend this place. Way too overpriced and rude. SAVE YOUR MONEY
I agree with the very good.rating. As a matter of fact...we ordered at 8:30pm and they still said of course and delivered to our hotel. Then: when there was a mistake on the order...they said no problem...we will send out the new one right away..and they did. Both pizzas were delicious and we gifted the wrong one to our super hotel staff so it was a win win. My husband said it was the best anchovies pizza he has eaten in a long time and I do not eat a lot of pizza However I tried a piece and thought it was delicious....cheese was awesome
A lot of the reviews out there rated Papa Zo's really poorly, and I have to disagree. I thought that the pizza was really good. I had the Zesty BBQ Chicken pizza, and it had really good flavor. For a thin crust pizza, it stayed together pretty well, and delivery was included in the price. We called about twenty minutes before closing on a Friday night, and we didn't have any issues getting our pizza or anything.
Worst pizza ever! It was over cooked and all the toppings were in the center. The bread sticks were not made on site. Looked like they were frozen then just heated up. Way to expensive for what you get. Frozen pizza from the store is way better than this
